The Site, including any forms, chat features, or email addresses, is not monitored 24/7 and is not appropriate for emergencies or crisis situations.

Clinical counseling or similar professional services are only provided to individuals and organizations in jurisdictions where Dr. Phelps or other providers are duly licensed and in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
